Refund policy

Return and exchange policy. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact Australia Post or courier company directly. We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit. Replacement of damaged or lost items will be at the discretion of Menzies Vineyard.

If you change your mind for any reason, we cannot accept the returns as we cannot guarantee the life or condition of the wine once it has left our hands.
