Chardonnay

The 2023 chardonnay fruit was hand-picked on February 15^th, destemmed, pressed, and put into barrel on the 16^{th of} February.

This wine is golden straw in colour, a pleasant lifted aromatic nose with slightly nutty character, crushed cashews & pear. Clean palate with good acid balance. Creamy texture with good flavour & good fruit. It has a warm after taste, a gently wine with clean subtle hints of oak.
