Chardonnay 2024

The 2024 Chardonnay fruit was hand-picked on 23^rd January 2024 and was destemmed, pressed and put into Barrel and our clay vessels ‘’Clayvers’’ the following day.

This Chardonnay is a beautiful light straw colour, has a lovely aromatic nose with cashew characters.  The palate is full and has good acid balance. Creamy texture with good flavour & fruit. It has a warm after taste, a gently wine with clean subtle hints of oak. Full bodied will continue with age.
