Grenache 2023

The 2023 Grenache was handpicked on the 18^th of February, fermented in open stainless-steel tanks, and matured in clay vessels ‘Clayvers’ and older French oak barrels for 9-10 months.

Lighter in colour, bright with medium depth, aromatic lifted nose with hints of spice in the background. Warm bouquets with hints of red fruits, raspberries, and cherries. Perfumed, hints of vanilla, soft on the palate with nice weight. Soft tannin, nice rich wine, fruity finish.
