Grenache 2024

The 2024 Grenache fruit was hand-picked on the 20^{th of} January 2024.  Fermented in open stainless-steel tanks and matured in clay vessels ‘Clayvers’ and older French oak barrels for 9-10 months.

This wine is a light bright burgundy colour with medium depth, aromatic lifted nose with hints of spice in the background. Warm bouquets with hints of red fruits, raspberries, and cherries. Perfumed, hints of vanilla, soft on the palate with good weight after breathing for at least 30 minutes. Best served at between 12 degrees in Summer and 16 degrees in winter. Soft tannin, nice rich wine, fruity finish.
