Malbec 2023

The 2023 Malbec fruit was hand-picked on 25^th March 2023. Fermented in open vessels and plunged three times a day until dry. Pressed and put into an old French oak barrel for 14 months and then transferred into a new French barrel for 4 months.

This wine is 100% Malbec fruit, crimson in colour, and a rich berry aromatic nose. Dark fruit flavours like berry and plum. Soft bodied structure with moderate tannins.
